You two rowing Stars. Becalmed again iut seems. But Luck (abnd wind) will change. Remember Kipling's"If":
"If you can cope with Triumph and Disaster,
And treat these two Impostors much the sam....."
"it won't be if you won or lost, but how you played the game"
You'll alway be tops! Go Girls Go!

Hey Van Ketz! Thinking of you this evening and remembering an all night cycle thing we did at some shopping centre way back when. Hang in there, you're doing an amazing job! love, Michelle

Hi Annie and Mel on Explore!
Oh dear, poor conditions again? The bad news or the good news?
The bad news is the arrow's pointing all over the place, you've dropped a place to 15th, and it looks like you're going the wrong way! (That Sainsbury's return-trip sponsorship offer was only a joke, you know...).
The good news is you're only 800-odd miles from the finish line, and you're slap in the middle of the central "pack", and all the other arrows are doing exactly the same thing! Just a question of time now. Are you still on for the record?
Keep the pressure up - and think of all those cold beers....
Love to both, Renaud and Katie XX.

Norman and James,
Good to know you have got my emails. I did wonder as there was no reply to the offer of a floating fridge/freezer in an earlier note. They have been washed ashore on the Yorkshire coast as a result of a container ship spilling it's cargo off Flamborough Head recently. You haven't by any chance seen one down your way.
Sorry to hear about the weather never mind at least every "step" is in the right direction now. Love your blogs. Almost like bearing there with you. Spoke to Mum kast night. Sylvia and Cyril.

Well, ayway, Nick couldn't stop talking about you and your quest. The head of school was listening and everyone there was in total awe of your accomplishment.
