Luke & Mac - some great progress chaps, really looks like you're motoring. Read the blog, seriously, swimming?? Surely you should be conserving your energy? Or was that just the first wash of the trip??

Hope you have better weather out there than we are currently experiencing, back to Baltic snowy conditions.

Everytime I am on the Erg in the gym I think of you. Not sure I would have made a good reserve as I have blisters!
