Bill, 09 Feb 2010 03:04 GMT

Pendovey Swift,
doing well boys, come back 1 position in a day, not bad . Get your rate up to 60 to 61 and you should pick up quite a few more positions as there are a large number of you within a reasonable distance of each other. On another note I went out the bike today, 3 degrees, 49 miles totally freezing all my exstremities, now that really is tough. I really do envy 30 deg cent, but dont worry I willl be in Barbados on 24 april watching 20/20 world cup cricket !!!!!! By the the way it will only take 9 tortuous hours flying with those sexy Virgin girls, I do envy your cheap holiday!!!!!!
Ps. I hear that Mike looked like a nice bickey, on Big Bro they killed a rat and and eat it, make your move now Simon before its to late!!!! I hear a touch of garlic and herbs and slow cooking will make him really tender, avoid the sores they really are tough.
steve p, 09 Feb 2010 01:57 GMT
