Yorkshire Challenger, sorry been quiet for a few days. Managed to catch up with Patches for lunch the other day and have a good old chin wag about wind formations and rowing techniques. She has a little bit more knowledge, but she defo has more time to study up!
I asked about your fave song Luke so I could adapt and Claire handily said some skater rubbish which led to Avril Lavignes "he's just a rower boy"... still WIP.
With the commencement of the 6 nations on saturday (I gave up my tickets and can now go. Gutted.) I thought what better tune to write a hearty sea shanty to than a good rugger song, swing low sweet chariot. Sing away...

The Boston Globe ran an article on you today. It was great. You talked to the reporter via satellite. You said during the storm while you were in your cabin, it felt like you were inside a washing machine. That must have been crazy. Well, keep rowing. You really are doing incredible.
