Hi Spirit of MA, (Neil & Dean).
Tracking your progress and sending you emails from all sorts of start points on the web pages, hope you are getting them OK. Been fishing yet? and how are your rations doing with your 'body movements'!!?
Hope all is going well and you are still speaking to each other. Amanda passes on her love and good wishes. Not a day gone without logging on as the guys on the other watches are asking about you both. Its hell here with all the snow as you can imagine the country has come to a grinding halt. Drop me a line any time on the email and I will keep in contact with the most suitable one to use for you both. Is there one where we can down load pictures on?
Hows your chaffed bits!!!?
At least you were not the first ones to retire and you are going on strong.
Take care guys and most of all keep safe.
Thinking of you daft pair!!
Kind thoughts & regards to you both. Steve

Appears you have all of us now watching your little boat moving across the ocean. Can you move quicker, our managers sad....(only joking), Louise (or twiggy as i call her) told us all about your adventure and we are all so shocked that you 4 strong minded people, decided to take on the mighty ocean. Its amazing.
So good luck with it. Keep those legs and arms moving, keep heading west and get home soon.
Hope the north easterly winds help you surf the waves, first week down few more to go.
All the best to all four of you
