PRESS RELEASE - MISSION ATLANTIC CROSS THE FINISH LINE

22 Mar 2010 14:09 GMT
Mission Atlantic crosses the finish line @ 21.59 UTC on the 20th March 2010.

Dominion Mission Atlantic carried the Atlantic Water babes in safe and well with a crossing time of 75 days 8 hours and 29 minutes.

On arrival in Antigua, Sarah Medland, Kiley Trehorel-Daly, Jo Langmead and Karen Radband are said to be fit and healthy and on the top of list as far as crew welfare goes!

First on their mind when they arrived into land was burger & chips for Kiley, Karen and Jo and spaghetti on toast for Sarah - a hard earned and richly deserved treat for them!

An impressive support crew were on the shore waiting to welcome them in,

The Water babes have entertained themselves with activities such as "Guess the Movie", "Guess the Landmark" and making alter egos for themselves. They also arranged a very successful Sports day which consisted of "Fastest Round the Deck" race, "Fastest in and out of the Water" race and an Atlantic Water babe's fitness video. - We are glad they are now on dry land!

Congratulations Atlantic Water babes!
